Before contacting us, please make sure to have available your purchased activation code. Include your activation code in all initial correspondence to expedite your response. Your activation code can be found in the email you received confirming your purchase. It is also displayed in the About BioTuple menu item (in the BioTuple menu on Mac OS X and in the Help menu on Windows and Linux). If you do not have access to your activation code, you can have it resent to the purchasing email address here.
